Quite correct, Dale! And sitting down is the best position for viewing
an Hardinge price sheet! A friend with an EDM and a piece of hex brass
tubing might be the hot ticket. I do fishmouth tubing for welding and
brazing in my mill but I have the double pin drive holder for the hole
saws. And I buy Greenlee hole saws and while holding the saw in a six
jaw chuck take a facing cut across the back end. Then I screw the holder
on solidly and see how much more should be cut off to let the pins
align! This results in the saws being aligned axially with no play in
the drive. Makes a world of difference! Bill in Boulder
