workspace you have currently have. Like was said, clean everything up
and just don't overtighten again.
BTW: I do have some MT3 endmill holders, but I use them only for those
rare tooling bargains (e.g., Valenite hogger w/round inserts, 3/4"
shaft, $10!!!) that won't fit the the MT3 holders that came with my Griz.
