I assume your in Winnipeg from your ID, I am as well.
If your close to the boarder and hold out for a HF sale you can usually pick one up for about the same, if not a little lower cost using a US shipping location. There are a few services lick Kinek, www.kinek.com, that offer a sipping location. You just have to go down and pick it up. Kinek offers forklift service for $25 at the Pembina, ND location, $5 per package otherwise.
If you are not close to the boarder or have other restriction the $599 PA price is very comparable. It uses a MT spindle whereas the HF uses an R8. I saw two in crates a couple of weeks ago at the Panet St. store in Winnipeg.
