I use a spray mister. It does need air but for about $125 you get the mister and a gallon of concentrate that will last you years.
ENCO and other all carry them.

I make my living with my X2 mini mill and I've got a bunch of aluminum parts that I need to mill. Has anyone put together a simple drip coolant system on their mill? I have plans to build an enclosure for the mill at some point with flood coolant, but it's something that's going to have to wait a while. But it would sure be handy if I didn't have to manually drip coolant onto the cutter while.
