I also got one with my minimill (House of Tools) so they seem to be a fairly common accessory included with the minimills. It seems to be fairly well made. Not much runout on mine, but then maybe I just got lucky. Actually I use them more in my minilathe than on the mill.

Only thing is that it's an orphan. Even though the collets look similar they're not ER collets. When I first got mine I thought I lucked out but soon realized they were not standard collets. This means that you likely won't be able to get any additional collets. At least I've not seen any for sale anywhere. I think LMS used to sell this chuck and collet set at one time but I don't see it anymore on their web site, probably because they now carry true ER collets. If anyone has a source please inform.
