Look like Igaging DRO's,or from the same stables.
Fitted mine 4 years ago and they work fine.Careful set up to ensure the scales are parallel to the slides.
Suggest 12" for X and Z and 6" for the Y.Not sure if you need 12" for the Y.
But they can always be cut to length with a Dremel and abrasive wheel.
I always zero my graduated dials as a second idiot check, when working from a master coordinate,I have had the DRO's loose there way when the batteries wear down.I do not have a low battery warning indicator on mine.
One of my units turns off if not in use for a minute, the other stays on.
But I believe even if the DRO display is turned off,it's still draining the batteries, but they last for a good few months so
no problem.
Keep the scales well covered and regularly clean,I use 98% alcohol on mine.

On mine, I use 12 inches for X and Z, and 6 inches for Y.
I don't use those specific ones, but they are digital readouts based
off the same as Chinese scales.
Be careful when you mount the X scale, and make sure that the
electronics don't interfere with anything mounted on the top of the
table.
