I forgot to mention that the 1 1/2" PVC pipe is schedule 40. That gives you the proper sized alignment tool for the flush bushing and bearing cover.

Now there's an interesting thought. I powered my led umbrella light with a disassembled wall wart stuffed into the oem HF switch box as it was intended to be run with AA batt's.
