It sounds like the circuit you have the mill on is fed from the kitchen circuit. It also sounds like the breaker for the kitchen is perhaps less amperage than the one the mill is on, so the lower one trips first. Just a guess but that is where I would start.
What amp breaker is the mill on? What amp breaker is tripping? How is the circuit the mill is on fed?
