I hate posting twice in a row, but I just realized that all of the links you've provided are pointing to the Editor, which means we're trying to log in as you and write a post :)

Make sure you copy the URL from the post itself. It should just be something like username.blogspot.com/2016/02/posttitle-######.html

Did you check that the blog itself is set to public (and not just the post)? It'll be at the very bottom of the Settings/Basic (on left of My Blogs page), under the setting 'Blog Readers'

It may have let you see it, even anonymous, because it knows your IP as the author.

It seems strange to me that a "free" blogging site would prevent access .  I tried setting everything to publicly share it , then went back online as anonymous as I could (sans cookies).  I was able to access the blog.  Has anyone tried getting there in the last hour or so?  If so & still failure, I'll do something different.
