RE: [GrizHFMinimill] Scraping adventure



I just tried it and experienced NO Problem.  As a suggestion, try a different browser....say Chrome or FireFox if you are using IE.   Lots of possible explanations, but this is a simple thing to cure many possible problems.

Just tried it myself and no dice - and I'm a blogger on that site myself, never log out. Told me my account doesn't have access to view this page...

Did you check that the blog itself is set to public (and not just the post)? It'll be at the very bottom of the Settings/Basic (on left of My Blogs page), under the setting 'Blog Readers'

It may have let you see it, even anonymous, because it knows your IP as the author.

It seems strange to me that a "free" blogging site would prevent access .  I tried setting everything to publicly share it , then went back online as anonymous as I could (sans cookies).  I was able to access the blog.  Has anyone tried getting there in the last hour or so?  If so & still failure, I'll do something different.
