I know that ARC breakers are notorious for 'nuisance' tripping. Sometimes all takes is for one wire to be a bit too close to another whether in the panel or in the outlet box.
The mill sounds like it's putting enough 'noise' on the line that is tripping them.
I think someone else suggested it, but I'd move things around so the mill circuit is as far from the ARC breakers as possible
