Hmmmm, I interpreted that it was NOT the GFI tripping, but the breaker in the main box feeding the kitchen that was tripping. From what I was reading the GFI was not tripping. And the breaker for the mill was not tripping either.
I'll wait for a clarification of what is tripping and what is not.

Subject: Re: [GrizHFMinimill] Re: tripping circuit breakersOK. I made an assumption that you mill (shop) was on a sub panel; I suppose I'm used to my shop.
If I understand this correctly, the circuit the mill is on is just another circuit in the main panel and the mill is the only thing on that circuit. Also in the main panel is the kitchen circuit and it is that circuit that sometimes trips when the mill is used.Assuming I have all that right; the only thing that makes sense in my mind is a grounding issue that is tripping the GFI outlets.Am I correct in that the main breaker for the kitchen circuit does not trip and it's the GFI outlet itself that does?
