Dennis you've gotten a lot of good advice on the problem. Looking at the panel pictures it looks like
the wire from the freezer/mill runs pretty close to the arc fault wiring at the top of the panel, that would be the
point of entry for the noise as a guess. Either try moving the wires out of proximity or has been suggested
swap the freezer and laundry in the panel, move the wires from one breaker to the other.
