That is actually a pretty good deal. You could turn around and sell it at anytime for more money, which is my litmus test. The round column has it's limitations, but lots of good work is done by those. This is one of the better of the round columns. The geared head (no belts) will be noisy. It looks to have a little tooling with it as well. Should be R8, but I don't see any collets. What he's calling drill bits are actually milling cutters. Looks like a cheap drill chuck in the spindle. It does have a cheap vise ($100) which is good.
These are a handful to move. You will need an engine hoist.
