Anyway I have had mine on the mill since just about the time i got the mill, which is when I trashed the original when I went install a FWD REV switch.
I thought I had a photo on here of the install but guess I don't.

I had the rather unpleasant mishap when I went to drill a hole in the bottom of the original controller box and when the 1/2 inch bit I was using broke through the plastic as it will it grabbed and I pulled, anyway I ran the drill bit across the full width of the board, now let me tell you this is a sinking feeling like someone just jerked the boat out from under you...

The only thing I had to do was to install the resistor and there was something else but there was one on the board that I trashed (by the way is someone wants I can let them have it for a very good price) I did not get the FWD/REV Brake switch setup, I installed a DPDT toggle adn it has been fine since. I was also able to move the box from the side of the mill head to the back of the column which is a more sensible place for it as it clears up the side of the head on the left.
