Get a spray mister. It will cool the cutter and spray away the chips and hereby avoid that the chips are recut which is cause number one for tool failure.
In case you´re too cheap for a mister before the proof that it really works, get a cheap airbrush, set it´s spray cone on the cutter and spray/lube with oil and air. WD40 can be bought in gallon containers for close to nothing, a gallon lasts forever. WD40 is a bad lube but a great cutting agent for aluminum.
