[GrizHFMinimill] Re: Anyone ever replace the noisy cooling fan in the controller box

Specifically it's the two wire, 40mm fan. Three wire would probably work, but not sure.
ADDA seems to be a brand that sellers are proud to announce. These cost 4.00. The no-name ones from Hong Kong cost about 2.

That oil think worked great though. Next time it gets noisy I'll pony up for the big upgrade since getting to those little securing nuts in the box was no fun for my fingers.

But, it's so easy and inexpensive to replace (I'm guessing) that I thought I might try a new one. Does anyone have any recommendations? Any info on any interesting specs would be great too -- size, bolt pattern, CFM if that really matters, and voltage (which I think is 12 based on other posts).
