I am also looking for such a dog clutch. My design does not disconnect
the drive and there as a few times when it would be nice to not have a
power feed connected. That being said I have found that most of the time
the power feed is used. The exception is the fine set up for drilling
holes, etc.
My requirement is that no holes be drilled into the mill and it must be
removable.
I would like to know your ideas/requirements. Perhaps others can help us
arrive at a workable solution.
Cheers,
Andrew in Melbourne.
