To the best of my knowledge none of the Chinese Minimills come with negator springs; earlier models used the airsprings but currently they all use the torsion spring which most people on this group, (including me), consider an inferior design. I saw a photograph of a negator spring assembly on a minimill, ( I can't remember where right now). If you can find this it is very informative.
