Hi All
I made sure I unscrewed the collet holder and used penetrating fluid. Good tip supporting the head and using heat. In the end with a bit more friendly persuasion and it came off. It is 3 morse taper collet holder. So now I will review those sites recommended and make a decision which way to go.
